Chateau 1870 is approximately 4000 square feet and includes much of the original hardwood floors in the upper loft, and 3 more modern bathrooms added including a shower. There is also wonderful and original outdoor wrap around patio and rocking chair decks, as well as spacious backyard. Parking is easily available on property and accommodates 17 spaces.
